Participating in your yoga class over the past several years has had a very positive effect on my mind, body, and soul. Your classes have helped alleviate stress and contributed to a growing mental stillness and emotional serenity which has increased my happiness substantially.  [Thank you for] your beautiful chanting voice, kind and wise words, [and] your great teaching. -Gloria Saggo

NOW in Naniamo
Starting in January, I will offer semi-private yoga workshops at Tonic Naturopathic Clinic.  Times and dates will be announced mid-November.

Yoga, Relaxation, and Self-Care Rituals
Relaxation is an integral part of yoga. Learn the anatomy of breathing, how to elicit the relaxation response in the body, the benefits of relaxation for the nervous system and brain and self-care rituals that are simple, easy, and profound. This 3 hour workshop includes a 45 minute yoga practice.
Tues. Jan. 30 5:30-8:30pm @ Tonic Naturopathic $50

Yoga, Gratitude, and Self-Love
Self-love is the foundation of yoga. Appreciating and honoring the body takes consistent practice when bombarded with messages from the media that we need to be something other than who we are now. Practice self-love. Practice appreciation for your self and your good qualities. Practice honoring the body as a sacred temple. This workshop is an exploration of self-love, gratitude, and a 45 minute yoga practice rooted in love and compassion for ourselves and our bodies
Tues. Feb. 27 5:30-8:30pm @ Tonic Naturopathic $50
